Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes! We bring all our own eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment. If you have specific preferences, just let us know.

What is your cancelation policy?

We require 48 hours' notice for cancelations. Canceling with less than 24 hours' notice or being locked out upon arrival may result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. How do I book a cleaning?

Do you clean Airbnb or short-term rentals?

Yes! We specialize in fast, reliable Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers. We offer linen resets, restocking, and guest-ready deep cleans. Ideal for hosts in Tahoe, Reno, and Carson City.

Do you clean commercial spaces?

Absolutely! We offer janitorial services and custom commercial cleaning plans for offices, dispatch centers, and more. Contact us for a quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and checks. Contact us if you’d like to set up ACH or recurring billing.

Do you offer any discounts or referral rewards?

Yes! New clients can ask about our first-time cleaning discount. Refer a friend and both of you receive $25 off your next service.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, Bon Voyage, LLC is fully licensed and insured for both residential and commercial cleaning services.

What happens if something gets damaged?

We take great care with your home and belongings. In the rare event of accidental damage, we are fully insured and will work with you to make it right.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Nope! Many of our clients provide us with access instructions. You’re welcome to be home or away—whatever is easiest for you.
